Leaving DC

I'd like to propose a rule be in place that if your team leaves the
District you loose the rights to claim that name for your team.
So the it would be the Landover Redskins and with DC United making
similar threats they'd have to change their name to the Manassas United.

You've leave the city you loose the right to claim the name.
