City Council

I think I could win a city council seat with my platform being supported by only two pillars.
1) All jukeboxes will be updated to deliver a shock to anyone who plays "Living on a Prayer" or any song by Jimmy Buffet
2) All elevators will be updated to say "Aaaaaw hell no" and refuse to go the one level for anyone who takes the elevator one floor
