While I'll be the first to say Mahmoud Ahmadinejad is a raving lunatic douche nozzle, he is also a world leader. To this end as should everyone, especially the people in his country, have the right to free expression. As the quote goes "I disapprove of what you say, but I will defend to the death your right to say it."
Though I think the quote is not quite complete, it should append the following clause "I also have the right to mock what you say and show everyone the fool you are." This applies to a numb nut like Ahmadinejad, who claims that the Holocaust didn't happen and isn't being intellectually honest with himself.

Another popular quip "Those in glass houses shouldn't throw stones" Applies here as well, the US also has a raving lunatic douche nozzle who is an addict and a world leader.
An easy example of this applies to his giving credence to the Creationists/Intelligent Design camp, he is also being intellectually honest with himself and deserves to be shown for the fool he is.
