Dear FTC,

I know keeping up with the FCC on ruining the Internet isn't an easy task, so I offer you my congratulations. You've successfully fundamentally misunderstood the potential problem and while you promise to monitor the the situation for problems in the future. The telcos will easily find their way around it.
