DC Surveillance Cameras

A while back there was a hit and in run in which a young girl died.

The police still haven't found the driver or the car but did release captures from surveillance cameras. Now I'm not sure if the captures are from the much disliked system setup by the DC government or if they are from a nearby business, but what I do know is that if this the kind of quality you get from surveillance cameras they are pretty much useless.
