Second Level Bayesian Filter

I've noticed lately that Mail.app's Bayesian filter has been letting some emails through that it shouldn't, though the spammers seemed to have figure out that putting something from the day's news headlines in the email seems help push messages through, but I digress.
As second level bayesian filter I would like to be able to mark things like reminders for list serve passwords not as spam, but as "not as important" and it would go into a folder that wouldn't clog my inbox.
