I wonder how long it will be before the US has to ask this question of itself?

First off thanks!
Secondly, I am aware of Godwin's Law and the feelings on such, but in this case when executive branch REFUSES to have its powers checked, I'm gonna call it like I see it.
Plus, I've officially suspended it here until Rove is in prison.
