To My Fellow Commuters on the GW Speedway

Dear Fellow Commuters,

There is a simple concept that if you follow all of our lives will be easier. The left lane is for passing, the right lane is for going slower. To help you remember this when you are on the GW Speedway, here is a simple rule to follow. If you are in the left lane the people in the right lane are going the same speed as you or faster, move to the right. That's it and no one will want to flip you off.
